Time To Let Your Inner Child Come Out And Play! :)

Updated: Sep 13, 2019

When was the last time you got in touch with your inner child?

I love playing. I love having fun.

I love smiling for no reason.

I love acting silly and being ridiculous every now and then.

I love feeling like a child.

I love the nights when I got so excited for the next day that I couldn't sleep.

I love being amazed by every little thing around me.

When I let my inner child come out, I feel light, I feel happy, I feel free of worry and stress, I feel pure joy.

I let my inner child come out often, especially when I'm with the people I love.

Life is supposed to be fun, you know?

Since when did we stop being so curious and amazed by the possibility of life?

We become serious, we put pressure on ourselves, and we’re constantly consumed with stress, fear and worry.

I think we could learn a lot from children.

Being childlike let us be creative, imaginative and more present in the moment.

Being childlike allows us to let loose and have fun.

So dance like no one's watching, sing like no one's listening, and laugh you heart out like no one's around! 𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦! :)

Here are the 3 ways to unleash your inner child and start having fun NOW:

1. Be expressive with how you feel: Laughing, smiling, getting eager and excited, whatever you do, don't feel like you have to hold anything back! Be who you are as much as you can!

2. Dream big: Let your imagination run wild. Nothing is impossible and you should give yourself the permission to imagine, to dream, and to achieve whatever that you desire. Don't be afraid to do what you love and remember to HAVE FUN!

3. Embrace spontaneity: let LOOSE and forgo expectation and rigidity of old habits! If you feel like it, take up a new challenge, pursue a new hobby, go for an unplanned trip this weekend, give someone a little surprise, step out of your comfort zone, etc. Before you know it, you'll feel so light and happy and that will ultimately inspire other people around you to let their inner child come out too!
